NATIVE COOKING AND MEDICINE PT IV

Today at the Garden our workshop focused on the spiritual uses of white sage, mugwort, and tobacco. Barbara taught us about the history of the plants and her tribe's use of the plants, then lead us in the preparation of mugwort bundles, sage sticks, and tobacco pouches.
